An exploration of geographic territories, traditions and talent can be found at the City of Sugar Land’s International Art & Kite Festival, one of the largest spring art festivals in Fort Bend County. Crown Festival Park will be transformed into a global entertainment venue celebrating the diversity of cultures around the world.
