On Friday, March 3, the City of Sugar Land held its annual “State of the City” event.
Mayor Joe R. Zimmerman and City Manager Michael W. Goodrum took center stage to reflect on the achievements of 2022 and to outline the city’s vision for the future. Specifically, they spoke of Sugar Land’s commitment to becoming a trailblazer by leading the way for others to follow, not being afraid to take risks, to try new things, and to push the limits of what is possible.
