From the Sugar Land Police Department:
On 04/10/2018 the suspect in the photographs used a stolen credit card at two locations in Sugar Land, Best Buy and Macys. The suspect is a white female with shoulder length dark hair and appears to be in her early twenties. The suspect possibly has tattoos on both of her legs.
