Residents searching for country dancing and a more polished night out now have a distinctive destination close to home. Located in Stafford, just minutes from Sugar Land and Missouri City, FireHorse Saloon was created to offer something beyond the typical neighborhood bar or traditional honky-tonk: Refined Country Nightlife.
The approximately 11,000-square-foot venue combines the energy of a Texas dance hall with the design, service and comfort of a modern nightlife destination. At its center is a nearly 1,800-square-foot dance floor built for two-step, line dancing and West Coast Swing. Free dance lessons are offered every night FireHorse is open, giving both new and experienced dancers an opportunity to learn, meet people and enjoy the floor.
Guests do not need to arrive knowing how to dance – or even plan to dance – to enjoy the venue. A 40-foot illuminated quartzite bar serves as the visual centerpiece, while reserved seating around the dance floor gives groups a comfortable place to watch the action. Twenty-three televisions and a large video wall make FireHorse an option for sports viewing, and guests can also enjoy $2 pool tables, pork sliders, nachos and other selections during their visit.
FireHorse also features a separate VIP lounge furnished with Italian leather sectionals. The lounge provides a more intimate setting for celebrations, reserved gatherings and Friday-night karaoke while remaining connected to the energy of the main venue.
Live DJs drive the regular dance schedule, with live music and additional entertainment appearing as scheduled throughout the month.
