Two men have been arrested after a fatal street racing collision.

From the City of Sugar Land:

Sugar Land Police Department have arrested two men accused of street racing on Highway 6 causing a deadly accident near Park Pointe in Sugar Land. The incident happened on Saturday night, June 21, 2025, at approximately 9:40 p.m. when the drivers of a Ford Mustang and a BMW were reportedly racing. The Mustang collided with a Toyota Camry, killing the driver of the Camry. 32-year old Ibrahim Mohammad was pronounced dead at the scene. Three individuals, including the driver of the Mustang, were taken to the hospital.
The driver of the Mustang, 20-year old Roman Pollock of Fresno, Texas, was taken to the hospital and later arrested. The driver of the BMW, 26-year old Kamran Kamran of Houston, Texas fled the scene, but was later found and arrested by police.
Both individuals have been charged. Pollock is charged with Manslaughter and Kamran is charged with Manslaughter and Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
